Touch of Wellness Prepaid Services Refund Policy

At Touch of Wellness, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexible solutions for our clients who have prepaid for our services. Our refund policy for prepaid services is as follows:

  • 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service. This allows us to manage our scheduling and resources effectively.

  • Refund Options: In the event of a timely cancellation, clients will not receive a direct monetary refund. Instead, we offer the following options:

    • Credit to Your Account: The amount paid can be credited to your Touch of Wellness account, which can be used for future services.

    • Rebooking: You may choose to reschedule your service to another date and time that is more convenient for you, subject to availability.

    • Transfer to a Gift Card: Alternatively, the prepaid amount can be transferred to a Touch of Wellness Gift Card, which can be used by yourself or gifted to someone else.

  • No Monetary Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds in the form of the original payment method. Our policy ensures that the value of your purchase remains within Touch of Wellness and can be utilized for our range of services.

  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, or failure to show up for an appointment, will not be eligible for a refund or credit. We encourage clients to manage their bookings responsibly.

  • Special Circumstances: We understand that sometimes there are exceptional circumstances. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us directly to discuss.
